Complex Comprising 40 Apartments, Garages, Offices and Shops, Churriana de la Vega, Granada, Spain.

This complex was designed to maximise the number of open, communal spaces to permit air flow and allow access to plenty of sunshine.
The distance between buildings creates a space that serves as an open patio. Thus homes enjoy double orientation and cross ventilation without the need for interior courtyards, taking advantage of the isolated linear block typology. Most decks are open terraces which create air chambers that help improve insulation both in dwellings and garages.
