John Wolfendale MA (Cantab) Bsc MRICS

John Wolfendale graduated in Land Economy from Magdalene College Cambridge in 1984. He has been a Chartered Surveyor for 23 years and has been living and working in Spain for 17 years. Before that he spent 9 years in corporate London in the commercial property investment market. He lives with his Spanish wife and family in Granada, Andalusia, Spain.

Luis Llopis Architect MPIA

Luis Llopis graduated from the ETSAM, Superior Technical School of Architecture, University of Madrid, in 1992, as a specialist in Building Construction. He has been a Chartered Architect in Spain ever since, in practice with the architectural firm established by his father –the prestigious architect José Antonio Llopis- in 1965. The business continues under the stewardship of Luis alongside his sister and partner Cristina, who is an Arquitecto Tecnico (equivalent to a Chartered Quantity Surveyor).
